VISION FOR 2009

I have not read other people’s prophecies and predictions for 2009 but I have meditated on 2009 and I present to you what I think is going to happen in 2009. However I must be clear and ask you to prayerfully consider these things and discern and take the good what God is showing you from it. Be blessed!

• Your relationship with God must now take a priority in your life especially in that you might really know Him and His desire as well as spending time with Him and in His presence.
• Major in the major areas of your life.
• Fruit on your fields of labor (return of provision and good things especially the new things started in 2008) as well as fruit in spirituality and character.
• Free gifting to help you in areas where you have not sown.
• Return to goodness and purity of the faith and righteousness in all walks and areas of life. In contrast blatant wicked attitudes and works will increase in the world.
• Supernatural protection for the children of God.
• A bringing to maturity of a lot of Christians as well as Christian organizations as well as the church.
• A falling away of some because of this new lifestyle, values and standards that will cause offense in some peoples hearts.
• A new urgency for evangelism and the lost with some dramatic real conversions (born-again experiences) everywhere.
• Some of God’s people will be spoiled by God not to their detriment but to their establishing in everything that is needful.
• Worldly organizations will start to cut costs and start to work smarter – some unexpected businesses will escalate as frontrunners in solutions, innovation and profitability.
• Change of political leadership realized world-wide with some disappointments but a general new age vision optimism.
• Some errors of democracy as a principle for governing will be exposed. A hunger to have faith in a good leader will be experienced amongst the people everywhere.
• A rise in segmenting societies in faith pockets – a great numerical increase in atheists and the Muslim faith.
• Media and the whole communications systems of the world become the official mind molders of the new age.
• Expectations for a Christ figure to appear become more and more dominant. A spirit of general mockery as well as mind and spiritual intimidation released against all religion but especially Christianity.
• The name of Christ and Jesus and Lord are now openly blasphemed but Christians take a stand against this. The pure will become more pure. Many confronted in very personal and private issues.
• Tears and reconciliation where it is searched will result in the breaking out of unexpected pockets of revivals.
• The end of the third quarter and the fourth quarter – dramatic changes and some events shocking - it will affect people on a large scale.
• Miracles will be new but accepted phenomena amongst believers. The escalation of spiritual authority backed up by a Living God cause many Christians to fear God and many change their ways. Kingdom teaching and preaching are keys to this dimension as well as the apostolic and prophetic ministries.
